First Dance : Scrapbook Layout
I have been wanting to scrapbook this photo for a while, just like the other wedding photos that I have been scrapbooking lately, and of course the February Scraptastic kit seemed like the right papers and embellishments to make this photo come to life!
Enjoy and thank you for stopping by!

Classic Mirror Shot : Scrapbook Layout
Hello!
Last weekend I attended an online crop with a few friends, and man did I get a ton done (or so it feels)! I get the Scraptastic kit club kits each month, and February's month was a loved themed kit! I don't have many "Valentines" or "lovely" pictures to scrapbook, so I ended up scrapping photos of my husband and I! Since Valentine's day is tomorrow, I thought i'd post all my layouts I created with this kit over the next few days!
This layout was actually created for a challenge I created over the weekend for the crop! It's a recipe type challenge, so I will post it here if you would like to play along yourself!
- 1-3 photos
- 3-5 patterned papers (can use vellum but it counts as a piece of paper)
- Colored cardstock for your background (anything but white)
- Ink or paint splatters
- Some type of flags (can be a banner as well, just need the "flag" shape at the ends)
- A title - Journaling (can be hidden as well) - Hand stitching - 6-9 enamel dots or bling - Staples or Brads - Include the date
Enjoy!

With this ring, I thee wed : Scrapbook Layout
The challenge this week on the Scraptastic blog is to title your page with a quote from someone/something in your photo! I have been meaning to scrapbook these photos of my husband and I exchanging our wedding rings, and this seemed like the best layout to do it with!
Hope you enjoy my layout. Head on over to the scraptastic blog and do the challenge for yourself!

The Next Chapter
Hello everyone! I feel so behind that I haven't gotten on the blogging bandwagon yet! I keep saying i'm going to start a blog, but just haven't found a time to start. That time is now! Here I will include pages and posts of my scrapbook layouts, Project Life spreads, cards, mini albums, and any other crafty projects I create.
I'm not sure how the posting schedule will happen. Currently I would love to be able to post daily, however I don't forsee that happening, so i'm sure it will be more on a weekly basis. I would love to share as much as possible with you all.
I hope you will all stick around and come back and read the posts and follow me in this next chapter of my life.
xoxo, Lisa
